When I contacted via chat, they to had trouble. one would think that would be an obvious question. Did you pay estimated taxes in 2020. Also, when it showed estimated taxes paid after I found where to add Estimated Taxes it did Not show Overpayment of taxes in previous year applied to current year taxes. Once again I had to contact support.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2020 Full of Problems I have had numerous problems this year with this program. I have used it for more than 20 years and this has been the worst year by far. I had problems with using the credit card payment function and had to call on multiple occasions. It's also hard to track down a support number. After 20+ years am considering using other applications.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Walk trough didn't work. Fonts are not adjustable Turbo Tax Premium Walk trough didn't walk me trough the items. It was just showing the list of items to add or edit and didn't walk me trough that it used to do. The Font size on Mac is not adjustable. I had hard time reading the tiny fonts. It was very disappointing and made my life super hard.
