Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I had a 1099-Misc form but not self employed or free lance. TT only allowed it to be entered on schedule C requiring business name, account number etc, none of which I had as I am not self employed. Attempted to reach TT help but could not without purchasing extra service. Could not email or contact TT for help.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Premier Each year, TurboTax manages to make its program less user friendly and more difficult to navigate. This is probably my last year of using it. Too bad, it's been a long partnership, but its customer support while prominently displayed is a remote destination.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from INCOME TAX 2020 The intuit forms are too few and the tax accountant did a minimal review. I wanted more detail on where everything is coming from, especially the multiple sources of income additive worksheet and the covid 19 deduction. The states should all have complied with the federal tax deductions. Its like 401k and ira contributions, you can't have federal non taxed and state taxed.
