Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great except ~ You should of automatically pulled my previous tax info over from last year based on my SS#, plus, we've never needed it previously in order to e~file ? I have used Turbo for years . The Credit Karma feature I was unablt to take advantage of this potential benefit as it stated I had an account which I do not ; I will call & verify if there is any identity fraud .

Help was very poor, and knowledgeable this year. Finally just quit asking, and did my own research. You had a great product, and ruined it! Answer the questions and quit offering your new service of letting you do my taxes. Because of this I will not be back!
