Rated 1 out of 5 by from I won't be using this service again I have used TurboTax for years, but will not use it again in the future. I had the first 2 agents drop me after giving them all my information. Then on the 3rd agent it took me so long to explain what I needed, due to our language barrier, that I had to file for an extension. After months of getting the details straight she informed me that my tax return was rejected. A new agent picked up my case, someone who was supposed to be more experienced. He assured me that the problem was easy to fix and he would send me a message regarding my new tax return to review the next day. After not hearing from him for days and not seeing my account when signing in, I got worried, again. At this point I had called TurboTax at least 8 times. I called, again, and the man helping me didn't fix the problem and closed my account. Everything was erased. When I called back they connected me to John, who finally after over an hour fixed the issue and sent me a new review. I was full service the whole time and in the end still had to pay over $400 even though it took forever and waisted a ton of my time.
