Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Nightmare I hired another company to do 2019's taxes which turned out to be a disaster and they didn't file it. Never told me. So I have had to jump threw hoops to get them done. Thanks to your Turbo Tax's help I have just finished and will be sending it in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is my GO-TO tax tool I have been using Turbo Tax for many years, going back to the 1990s. I have always had an easy time completing my taxes. I do the same amount of work collecting my information as I would if I gave it to a preparer. Then I enter the info in the Step-by-Step, just like a preparer would do for a lot of money! If I have questions I use the resources provided and have had great success. I have been subject to targeted audits by the IRS and because I have also purchased the Tax Audit Protection, I had absolutely no problems. Issues were resolved in my favor and I was very happy. I even one time had the return I prepared using Turbo Tax reviewed by a nationally known tax preparation firm that goes by its initials. They offered to review my return and if they could not get me at least $400 more on my return, it was free. The preparer looked it over and told me that I got everything I could get and the return was flawless, in his opinion. Can't get much better than that!
