Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO SIMPLE!!! Using Turbo Tax for the past several years, its fast, easy, user friendly, and I can do it on my own in just a few minutes when I have all my documents together. No waiting in line or anything like that - I love being able to do my taxes when i am ready without leaving the house!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from PRETTY GOOD. OVERALL IT IS GOOD, BUT IT COULD BE BETTER. DURING REVIEW, IT SAID I HAD MISSING INFO ON MY 1099R, BUT DIDN'T IDENTIFY WHICH ONE, LEAVING ME TO GUESS. THIS WAS STRESS I DON'T NEED. ALSO, THE "HELP CENTER WAS NO HELP AT ALL. I FOUND IT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is just alright Why didn't the turbo tax flow direct me to enter information about my home purchase. There was hundred of dollars I could have lost out on if I didn't know I should at least try to enter the information on my 1098. The live expert I chatted with was very nice but seemed to rely on the system prompts and could not explain some of the energy credit statements.
