Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustrated For years I’ve used turbo tax, so far I’ve submitted my returns 5 times, reject 4, because their directions are vague and unclear, I was reading how to submit a form needed, then this time I read an answer from turbo tax community only to read that I should uncheck those forms in my return. And I’m being charged $117.00 for a simple return, when everyone else is getting TurboTax filing for free- supposedly. Good luck!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not very good First it says I've used a new account when I've never uninstalled or made a new account. Then it says you can do it for free. But that's based on your taxes because if you have certain things you have to pay for deluxe.

It's easy to switch between categories or site without losing any info.. The review at every stage lessens any errors/typos that might occur in entering info..
