Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love TurboTax I've been using TurboTax since I started filing my taxes forever ago it seems and they've always been helpful and stress free, if I'm not sure what I need the helpful tips and answers really make this go faster! I'm so glad i never dread filing like plenty of people I know and I always recommend them!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So grateful for TurboTax!! Beyond incredible customer support. Individual attention was given to me from day one and the response times were an additional bonus. The tax experts were knowledgeable while still being very personable and patient using terminology I could understand and relate to. They made what is normally a very stressful time for me, a very enjoyable experience! I will never file without using TurboTax again. Very grateful!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from East to use. The only problem I have is with my pension income. It always asks if it is a "RMD" . It is not, but always says that that is not the normal, If I say "YES", it messes with my state tax. What should it be?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved me thousands, and found me a refund! TurboTax Live was a lifesaver! Not only did it save us thousands on our taxes this year, but our appointed CPA actually determined we were owed a refund! It doesn't get any better than that!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great just don't get delux service Overall a great experience. The people that work there are awesome! Just selected the incorrect service, thought the delux would maybe be different. What I'm trying to say is that you can do if by yourself and quickly just chatting with their experts and answering the software's questions. Still, do not regret using them since me and my husband were filling for the first time in the US. Would use and recommend their service.
