Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax is a great product....easy to use Alan needed to help us with a captcha I'm not a robot checkbox that wouldn't check issue and he was excellent at getting us through this problem. Personable, easy to understand, patient, and knowledgable. Very nice when there was one little check box preventing us from efiling our returns!

This is my first year using both and found them to be user friendly and loved the step by step instructions. Thank You Turbo tax for a pleasant Tax Preparation Experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Improved but still problematic Turbo tax simplified the procedure for getting the credit for taxes paid on foreign investments, which has been a hassle in previous years. The directions for e-file pin were not adequate and customer support has not been able to diagnose the problem. The program wants a 5 digit e-pin, which is different from the 6 digit identity protection pin. Customer support said I could make up the number as long as I put in the prior year's AGI. I did this, still rejected it. I have submitted and failed 3 times, the 4th is pending, I am not hopeful.
