Rated 3 out of 5 by from this service went down hill from last year I had issues entering my 1099-INT form so upgraded to service with live help but they did not help me at all. I had to figure it out my self. then I got to the end but it did not give me a chance to enter my donations so didn't get that credit. i had to search how to add it & enter on my own. Then at the very end was told i had to Upgrade the service and pay even more. Plus then had to pay more to do the State tax
