Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax: Fast and efficient In spite of the fact that some issues with the first stimulus payment not arriving impacted my situation, I was able to file for free electronically in less than 2 hours. In the past, I have had to spend 3-5 just getting familiarized with the changes in the tax-code from year to year. A free option like this is invaluable and I am so happy to have the option to use it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax vs H R Block Used to use Turbo Tax, but when it got so expensive, we switched to H R Block. This year Turbo Tax was available at the store, so I purchased it instead. I was unable to transfer the H R Block data over to Turbo Tax, so had to re-key everything - even though the program implied that the data could be downloaded. That was disappointing. I also did not like the way, that if you needed to update a number or note, you had to re-enter your answers (yes / no) to complete the section again. Will probably go back to H R Block in the future, sorry.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from So far ive had good results w/TURBO TAX! This is my 1st time filing myself w/TURBO Tax, prior years my dad filed them for me w/TURBO TAX but always had me mail them in! I did it myself this year because it was offered for free on my intuit app i have on my phone so to get my pay ck stubs & if simple tax return they do efile for free! So I've exiled my returns thru TURBO TAX on my INTUIT APP & so far so good but if I see any $ held out of my returns so to pay for any services done by TURBO tax after they've told me 3 diff times that if done before March 27 it's FREE I'll TOTALLY be changing my review of them to a BAD REVIEW! But if they are true to there word of it being FREE if before March 27 then YES I'd give them a 5 STAR REVIEW!
