I am actually very grateful because I am horrible with finances and to have help along the way made it that much easier to tackle! will definitely recommend to newer and older tax filers!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is dissappointin I chose free file plus for $30 but I wasn't allowed to file through plus at the end. I was forced by Turbo Tax to upgrade to Deluxe at a cost of $60. I will not be using your tax program next year!!! I am very upset about being forced to upgrade. This was the only way I was allowed to file after entering all of our tax information. I wasn't allowed to file using the Turbo Tax selection I made at the beginning. I feel like I have been defrauded by Turbo Tax.
