Was not clear and you do find out until the end and you can not back out. I lost -$10,037.60 in investments that was not covered in Turbo tax MAX that I e-filed on 3/19. What do I do now with no one to contact?

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
