Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty easy for a novice filer Turbo Tax makes it easy to understand certain documents. Review over as many times as needed. Web site froze up twice though, I had to reload the page. But it went right back to where I left off.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Miserable The last two years have been a nightmare. I have had to fight with the program every step of the way. I have zero confidence it's doing anything beyond addition correctly. I think next year I will look into using some other service...for $175 to file, I expect much better product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I couldn't do my taxes without it! I've relied on TurboTax for the past 7 years and am always happy with the service. For a reasonable fee, I get step by step instructions through the process. This year I utilized the Live Tax Expert twice and it was definitely helpful. I was somewhat surprised that they didn't know the answers to all of my questions immediately, but they helped me find the right answers and feel confident in my filing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from getting worse every year When I started it showed state was free until 03/31 and then I paid $59. A screen popped up without an X or close button and I had to resign in every time I got up to find a document. It seems harder every year like you're pushing for the upgrade with live help or audit protection because I am not confident in my returns after using TurboTax anymore.
