Rated 5 out of 5 by from As easy and quick as can be expected I've used TurboTax to file my taxes for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with the process and outcome. They've helped me make sure I don't miss things (like deductions and credits) that I could be taking, and I feel confident that they are checking for my own mistakes. Never been audited. I could wish there prep fees were a little lower, but considering how much time and headaches they save me, it's not that bad.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Harder to get used to I had to call twice be cause I had download errors that even your very helpful person coud not understand. Finally the second very nice person help me to start over and not download my information. It was fine when I typed the info in myself. since it took 4 hours to dtart on my return the nice person gave me a discount.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good to Go Easy process, would have given it a 5 start review, but the fees seem like too much considering its all digital, I did not use CPA or any help service. Pretty much paid to self service. $155 at the end of it all and our taxes are nothing special. Standard deduction, its just turbo tax fees and such that creep up along the way. No IRS fees. I started out thinking it was a flat rate of $60. But again the process of it was easy, so that's a plus.
