Rated 5 out of 5 by from is good Turbotax is great because it takes you step by step through your personal tax situation and provides tons of suggestions and examples if you need clarification on anything. I've been using Turbotax for years and it seems like it gets easier every year

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy with "free" version I am not happy with how the "free" version kept telling me the only way I could get a $34 tax credit was to upgrade to Turbo Tax Deluxe and they wanted to charge me $39 for Federal AND $39 for state!!!! $78 total!!! Really?? I deleted and redid and did not take that credit and filed for free. The credit ended up being on my return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the Best! Turbo Tax continues to be a great experience, but I would like to see my refund amount visible at the top of the page as I go through each step. I believe this existed before.

Charged each year a premium to include state returns but my state does not have an income tax. Tennesse does however have what they call a HALL (dividends and interest) and this program is no help in completing those forms.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unfriendly UI and cost offerings Directly through your website, Premier is offered at $69. While working through my data the site only offers "Premier Live" which is an additional $100. Your website does not explain how to remove "Live" and gives you the impression if you downgrade you will lose the Premier functionality. I found that downgrading does not actually make you lose Premier functions, but you did not explain that during the review. Everyone should know that disputing the cost may offer you a filing discount as well, just for offering your comments.
