Some are not clear enough for me. e.g. I had trouble getting refund info correct because I guess I hadn't clicked appropriate button --I thought I had 3. At end of process, when ready to e-file, I was notified that I had to fix a few things. When I tried to do so, it was requesting I fix forms I had never seen e.g. 1099 misc. When I tried to fill in highlighted box asking for abbreviation of my state, it kept telling me I had put it in incorrectly- I HAD NOT. There was no way to satisfy the prompt. I finally had to call for telephone help, and then was advised to eliminate those pages. I did so as directed. Then I could file electronically.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good, but.... Everything went smooth until the error check and it kept referring me to mistakes on Form 8812. I don't even file that form. And it would not let me delete it though I tried time and again. Finally I added zero's to two lines and it gave me an OK. Everything else was fine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Tool for taxes There is a check the Feds do at the end that turbo tax does not check. My investment company does not fill in box 16 on the 1099-R form. Turbo tax should check for this. It failed the same way last year. I told the Investment Co to fix it but they did not. Google this if it happens to you.
