Rated 1 out of 5 by from Needs work TurboTax usually works well, but this year, constant freezes or hangups attempting to fill out various forms. The submission process took nearly two hours. Verification emails took so long my browser timed out of TurboTax and it had to be resubmitted, which took even longer. I had to resubmit my code 6 times. It then timed out attempting to file on the captcha, and froze after filing. Thanks guys. Already paying taxes and that, plus the service fee, plus my time wasted on your platform made this an exceptionally painful tax year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too Costly TurboTax preys upon Americans who don't know/understand how taxes work. I use the product because I don't want to risk messing something up and getting in legal trouble. The cost has more that doubled in 3 or so years and it's getting ridiculous.
