Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unable to efile state return after paying I was able to efile my federal return but it still won't let me efile my Michigan return even after paying. "Efile requires Fed return" is the response I get even though Fed return has already been accepted.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TURBOTAX DOES THE JOB, BUT IRRITATING SOME THINGS ARE EASIER THIS YEAR, AND THAT IS GOOD. BUT IT IS IRRITATING TO HAVE TO KEEP GETTING GOADED TO UPGRADE TURBOTAX. ASK ME ONCE IN THE BEGINNING AND THEN LEAVE ME ALONE TO DO MY TAXES. PLEASE.

Had my papers & info all sorted out in order of the way Turbo Tax formatted their questions last year, only to have to jump around to find the info this year. Took me twice as long to finish : { Not Good

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Printing State Form Doesn't work Trying to print a state form is impossible. All it gives you are the options to save it as a pdf file.....preview it....or cancel. So if you choose to preview it...it goes to the next screen where it AGAIN gives you the option to SAVE IT AS A PDF file.....OR PRINT IT. If you select to print...it goes right back to the previous screen where the ONLY OPTIONS are that you can SAVE IT AS A PDF FILE....Preview the file...or cancel to leave the screen. If you choose to SAVE IT AS A PDF....and then you go to your computer to print it....it brings up a PDF screen....and when you try to print it....it looks like it is being uploaded to your printer....it appears for a couple of seconds on your print que...and then disappears...AND NEVER GOES TO YOUR COMPUTER. My printer is working just fine as I've printed other jobs without an issue. THIS JUST ISN'T WORKING....and I want to print out my forms to avoid having to pay to electronically file. NICE JOB...TURBO....NOT!!! AND WHAT'S WITH ALL THE PERSONAL QUESTIONS THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS ISSUE.

They do a great job of knowing what will be pertinent for the tax year so I don't have to. Turbo Tax team if you are in need of an electronic technicians give me a call because I would love to be a part of your winning team.
