Rated 3 out of 5 by from why does TurboTax have to be so frustrating Weird glitches this year. I got "your federal data is complete" when in fact there were whole sections that the system skipped me over. I was told my email was missing on the MyInfo page but could find nowhere there to input that--and a customer service rep didn't know either. My previous filings were unavailable even though I have used the same userid for at least 15 years. Then after spending hours filling everything out and manually checking for gaps, I discovered TT 2021 online has essentially cut off the option of being able to print out your state return and mail it in; you are told you can pay for efiling "or delete your state return" and proceed with federal efiling only. Yep, that blunt. Reading through Amazon and Target, you might be able to print and mail the state return through the PC download, but I just didn't have the energy to install the software and transfer my data from the website. Every year I find more reason to try anything but TT the next time.
