Larry (6yrs CPA) called on time and was very helpful at resolving my issues. He was courteous and professional and thus successful such that I could then finalize and file. Yay!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Surprise filing fees... Would have been nice to know what fees and how much they were before I got to the end, and couldn't change the options. Also, an extra $40 to file online?? Since when TurboTax? Will not be a returning customer.
