This was a long stressful experience.It took me five days and three customer support calls to get issues worked out. By the time I had things worked out I had missed out on early sign up discounts. Thankfully the customer serves was vary helpful, but other then that this whole experience was a nightmare and I do not plan to use turbo tax again.
