Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty Good The program is pretty easy to use. e-filing is difficult. It would not accept any of my credit cards. This happens every year. I know other people o=have this problem but they never fix it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax makes the whole mess tolerable. Jasmine was incredible, patient and thorough. We are simply amazed at how smooth an anxious process was handled, with reassurance and competence. My wife and I are grateful for the service.

I couldn't make them larger to see, despite my screen having a lot of white space around the information requested. So much clicking through every single page. Can't similar information be grouped on the same page? Filing taxes should be free. TurboTax states that only 'simple' tax returns qualify for this. However 'simple' isn't defined and none of the 'life change' events happened for us in 2022; that seems pretty simple by any definition. TurboTax not only charges for their use, but filing for each state is charged as well.
