Easy. Simple to get answers too!I have been doing my own taxes since 1973. Back then it was all paper and pencil, with tons of reading. Turbo tax makes the process so easy. If I have a question I can type in the question and I get a clear answer. Only used the expert once last year to clear up an answer. Fast and easy. Thank you Turbo Tax!
