Rated 3 out of 5 by from I have had better years This year it felt like turbo tax was pushing the advertising while filing a lot more. I also was about to have to pay taxes until I decided to review myself and realized a certain tax credit did not go through even though the answers were correct. It seems on some things I have to re-review them in order for them to take effect.

I select guide me through the steps, but I have to continuously click on the next part of either Income or deductions. Second, why do I need to enter my bank information for twice, once for Federal refund and a second time for State refund. Would it be possible to have an option to check a box Same depost informatin for both Federal and State?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can Be Frustating TurboTax does make filing taxes easy. But this year a ran into an expensive headache. I was going through my federal taxes when I learned that I qualified for a $4 tax credit from a retirement credit thing. Because of this $4, I needed to upgrade to TurboTax Deluxe. After clearing the form and seeing if I could fill it out without requiring me to pay more money than I'm getting in return, I found out that there was no way around it and that I was going to have to pay the $40 for deluxe. Well, I get to the end and it turns out that it costs an additional $40 because I filed my state taxes. So thanks TurboTax for taking $80 from me so I could get a $4 credit to my federal taxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live - well worth it We used Turbo Tax Live this year. Our Tax Expert was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was easy to communicate with him online and by phone. I would recommend for you to use Turbo Tax Live for all your tax needs and questions.
