Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax was easy to use The guidance was specific and easy to follow. It walked me through every step I needed to complete my returns in a comfortable time. The one big glitch came after I had finished except for the review and tried to sign in the next day to review and file. I could not get into the return even though when I signed in it brought up the categories on my return for review. When I clicked on them or the “pick up where you left off” it recycled to the sign in screen. When I tried to get help I could not communicate the problem to the digital assistant. It promised to have a person call me in 5 minutes. After waiting an hour I tried again and finally got in to complete the return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Filing is quick and easy! This is the third year in a row that I've filed with TurboTax. The service saves me a lot of money and trouble, giving me control over my taxes and guiding me through them step-by-step.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product, easy to use Have used TurboTax and It's Deductible for years without any problems, W-2s, 1099s including stock sales. Even if I use a professional tax service, I found that it's a good idea to to a self run through with TurboTax first. Found that, if all you want is Federal and no State, Costco is the least expensive place to buy the software.
