Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad Mobile User Interface Everything about this service is great for my personal use and I am very thakful for a service that retains tax info from the past, but the mobile interface does not allow for you to update documents or edit them properly. It also messes up reading PDFs you upload. I love the service but I would recommend doing it through the browser on a computer.

This is the biggest thing I take issue with, I have to complete everything BEFORE I even see the pdf copy. I know the tax expert goes over it but I've had tax experts make multiple issues before, and my review caught those issues. *Not saying my tax expert made any issues, but I just want to check. Though the tax expert's quick responses was much appreciated.
