Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed this year I have always been happy with Turbo Tax. This year was a little different. I do not like being asked about which product I want every time I log in. At the end I had already chosen a product was asked again and it moved so quickly without the option to choose the original one that I ended up paying more for a product I did not want. I did not feel I needed that product at this time. So you made $50 more off of me. Oh well!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow. Hard to believe I ever filed without them. We had a lot of new situations this year. From trading cryptocurrency to having a baby and Turbo helped us out with filing for all of it. Our taxes have gotten a lot more complicated since we were single people with one job and I'm glad that I have the help of TurboTax to fill out all the documents required for our situation. I cannot even imagine the headache of doing it on my own.
