Rated 3 out of 5 by from Online not as user friendly I've used turbo tax for years. This is the first time I went straight to the online version vs a box purchased at a store. I never found how I could look at the forms. It wasn't as easy as the box version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax makes it easy We've been using tubo tax for several years. It is easy to use with the step by step instructions. We like that we can skip over the things that we know don't apply to us. The fact that there is a final review is reassuring. The only change we would like to see would be to include e-file with the cost of the state return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use This is my third year using Turbo Tax and it seems to be easy and accurate. I doubted my self-prep this year and paid extra for live advice. I didn't realize you got a tax "expert" vice and advisor. Not worth the live advice. Either have them do all your taxes for your or trust yourself. The live advisor can only review two sections of your return.
