I had multiple employers this year and had to report foreign income, and all of this was handled with ease. The only thing I would change is how you are billed. The system upgraded me without being asked, so I went from what I thought was a free service to a $250 bill. Still, well worth the inconvenience of doing my own taxes.

The representative was hard to understand and since he was probably working in a boiler room situation all you heard were the other people. Fixed the problem myself. On my NYS return it says I can't e-file since I am claiming a solar energy carryover, which I am not. Unable to correct it.

It would be perfect platform for, especially, who do self-tax report. But, It would be better if there are more detail information for each of item and tips of reducing the tax for self-tax reporter.
