Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy step by step process with expert help! I have used Turbo Tax for almost ten years and each time I have been very satisfied with my return each year. I have used their tax expert on more than one occasion, in which things were explained in detail (with no confusion). I would confidently recommend this product to others when filing taxes.

The ease I had in preparing taxes this year was so much better than years past. I receive notification that turbo tax had my W2 even before I received them in the mail. Had my documents ready, turbo tax knew what to ask and had answers for questions in the help box. I will recommend to anyone willing to do their taxes on their own, or have turbo tax do them for you!
