Rated 3 out of 5 by from On-Line help is "SO-SO" Turbo-tax instructed me to call "877----_ number to pay for state filing. The representative had absolutely no idea how to process this reuest/reqirement. She said she would transfer me to another representative - disconnected me!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not happy this year My return shows an error in foreign forms. I had no foreign anything. couldn't delete the info although the forms showed no information on them. I'm at a complete loss as how this happened and I have spent days trying to fix it.

This year they charged me $39 extra because I elected to pay turbotax out of my refund (because I was too broke to pay the $59.00 outright right now). The only one that really gets penalized are the ones with less money! If I knew what I was doing I would be better off with a tax person. It's the same amount of money anyway and I'd rather pay a real person next time. It is an OK product if you don't know what to do like me and just want to get your tax return over with.
