I did have a session with a Turbo Tax advisor. She handled my problem with ease and helped me through the process of correcting my return. So very helpful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax did right by me! Having used TurboTax for several years I was cruising thru my return when I hit a snag, in the form of an error message I could not resolve. When I reached out for help "live", due to the late hour no one was available, so I made a telephone appointment for this morning. Sue called me promptly, walked me thru the error - which took us several minutes to resolve - and within about 20 minutes we had all questions answered and I was ready to file! I was very pleased.
