Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tons of Glitches This Year We file with TurboTax every year, but this year I've noticed a ton of glitches. A number of codes got changed on my W2, the system attached an HSA form even though I don't have one, and when I went to enter in business information, it just kept refreshing the page, so I had to log out and log back in. When I got a call back from customer service regarding the HSA form, they were having tech issues on their end and then our call got disconnected and I didn't hear back. I was able to figure out how to fix the problem on my own after an infuriating hour or so, but this is not the tax-filing experience I'm used to.
