Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy but there were some glitches Turbo tax is easy but the system performance may require some maintenance or updating. I had to log out and start over at one point because the screen froze.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's great for people who aren't in the know. I'm just starting to do my own taxes without the family accountant. It's great that there's a service that walks me through from beginning to end that also works with my busy schedule. I do wish it would integrate more into my life, like texting me directly instead of through an app (I keep getting blasted by emails from TurboTax about my tax expert responding back). I'd recommend this to those just beginning to do their taxes and would appreciate a lot of handholding.
