Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use! Turbo Tax is very easy to use. Plug in the numbers and the software takes it from there! I sometimes want to see where a number came from or how Turbo Tax takes the information from me and see what it does with it (ie what form it goes on, what line, etc.) There are occasionally issues with Turbo Tax telling you to enter something that I'm not sure what that is or why it is asking when I already entered the information elsewhere. I have tracked a few of these items and found they were handled in a way that made sense, so I must say that I think my only complaint would be some confusion as to what is being asked at times. Otherwise, great product and I will continue using it for years to comeQ

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Useful I never did have a chance to interact with a Live Expert. I was pretty disappointed about this as I live in Hawaii PST. I tried connecting with an expert 10x but was not successful due to different time schedules. I feel like I didn't get the full amount of service I paid for. I also paid $55 or my state taxes to efile and still had to file it via mail. I also filed last year with Turbo Tax but it kept saying they couldn't find my records!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from still had to google several things Turbotax made everything manageable for me to do my taxes again this year. My financial situations are pretty simple, so if you had a complicated situation I would advise using their premium products
