Jennifer, the tax representative assigned to me, was super friendly and knowledgeable. She kept me informed every step of the way. Taxes this year a breeze. Thanks again!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ehhh think I overpaid for the service provided When I signed up for Premier I thought someone would review my taxes and let me know if I was missing anything or help me maximize. Seems just like the basic computer review was done. While I did get chat help I don't know that it was worth the extra service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stuck in the 80s I'm so very sorry to say that the Desktop Business product appears to not be functioning like I expected. The two people I spoke to in the call center were so kind, but unfortunately they did not have the ability to see my return nor answer my questions. And the Business-specific line provided actually routes to Canada and no longer works. Specific product feedback: It's hard to edit the various forms because the box size that the forms appear in is so small. I entered $22 of amortization expense and it keeps coming up as a charitable contribution. When I try to print to PDF it continues to say error and closes TurboTax. At the end when I try to view PDF it says cannot view PDF. The software does not update all net income numbers through the return, so I have to manually calculate the correct net income then manually type it in to the various parts of the return. I beg you to please update your software. I work in finance full-time. I am familiar with the tax code, and with 1031 exchanges. So my suspicion is that if I am having this much trouble completing a return, then your customers who do not work in finance full-time are probably having more trouble, or are making mistakes and do not know it.
