Not as clean as prior yearsI had one question so I did not choose to pay $90 for the answer. Also, it appeared the form asked me questions where the question was wrong. It asked about four columns not adding to a number but the line it gave me was a single check box on form 2209?

When answers required additional help to find appropriate answer, it was obtained immediately while I was online which left me with a comfortable feeling.
