Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tx Yvette is AWESOME After 2 days of trying to get to the right person to help me, and going thru 3 phone numbers to get there, I finally was connected with a REAL TAX EXPERT - Yvette. She assured me she was an expert of 18 years and she proved it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Issues in efiling I was told to review before e filling but keeps on repeating but no ways to resolve the issue, called the customer service or tax expert twice still doesn't know how to go back and resolve the issue, the only suggestion is to delete the form and enter it again, I have been with turbo tax for nine years never had this kind of issue.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lots of technical issues I've spent hours trying to efile. Says it can't connect. Then I try to update TTbiz2021... says it can't find the server.. what a waste of time. Finally, I decide to update by downloading an update file manually. Finally TT connects and I'm able to efile after updating with the latest patch. Your product and service needs a complete overhaul. I've been using QB and TT for years.. and every year I pull my hair out (nothing left). A good alternative to QB and TT will sink your ship.. you don't seem to get it. Believe me, if I could change products easily.. my relationship with QB and TT would be history.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax was really helpful I chose the free upgrade to live and it helped me out a lot because I had a lot of questions and needed help. The only thing I didn't like was that because I have "lifetime learning credits" it was mandatory for me to upgrade more to Delux in order for me to file.
