She answered all our questions, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made herself available during our busy work schedule as well as our 14 month old toddler. Planning to use Turbo Tax again next year and hoping that we get Tyra again.

Explained our situation and things that had changed since last year. Our representative helped us find all the relevant credits and deductions to get our first refund!
