Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax rocks! Used turbotax years ago for personal taxes before business incorporated and taxes required services of a CPA advisor. Now retired so returning to turbotax and very pleased with entire experience. Even though still self employed, all tax form questions were easy to understand and complete. I also took advantage of live support three times and extremely happy with their help.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Relieved retiree! We were uncertain about our RMD being taxable for our state and the Turbo Tax agent was able to walk us thru our return to amend it. It took time but we were able to locate the problem, fix it and amend our return!!

I feel that Turbo Tax got worse this year. i have used it for years, but this year, I had a hard time finding things, as if turbo tax new more than I did as to what I wanted to do. Last year I felt the version was much better. The proof of this was when I did the review, there were a lot of boxes I didn't finish meaning I had to hunt through Turbo tax to find them and understand why information was missing and last year there were none.
