Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tax Calculation Great-Payment Program Terrible Everything having to do with Return Preparation was easy and intuitive. The almost insurmountable problem came when I wanted to file a state tax return. After entering my name, address etc. the "continue button appeared below and was hidden by my ribbon or bar at the bottom of the screen. Nothing I could do over two days would resolve this so I could not finish payment and get to the filing of my returns. The Customer Service agent tried to be helpful, but was difficult to hear and could not communicate what she wanted me to do clearly. Once she was able to see my screen with glace, things went more smoothly, but the frustration prior to that point had me so upset that it was a terrible experience. This was the first time I had any trouble using Turbo Tax in the 3 years I've used it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Received Corrected W2 after filing I was nervous when I received a corrected W2 after filing and receiving my tax check. A TurboTax representative was able to help me to amend my return and get it taken care of in less than 10 mins.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to use turbo tax used for many years because it is easy to use and they work you throughthe forms . only issue I have is that continuing from previous year they automatically put you in premium at full price without max. after looking on line, I believe I could have saved about 80 dollars by buying from a third party.
