Rated 3 out of 5 by from Issues getting correct program The product features are excellent. The problem: is that this program is not listed on the Intuit website for download or purchase. I spent almost 3 hours on the phone, which included 2 separate calls and was finally transferred to Brad, who got me the software I needed. Arriving home from work at 6:00pm, I spent 2 hours gathering all the necessary information and files and was ready to fill out the tax forms by 9:00 PM. Unfortunately, the issue was resolved at 11:50 pm, which resulted in my return filing being late. I'm now waiting for the hammer to drop when I receive the late filing penalty bill! The Intuit website needs to be returned to the simple product by product format showing ALL the choices by exact description, rather than general filing descriptions like "I own a home" etc.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Old version was much better I find the new user interface much more confusing and harder to follow. The old lists of what relate to you are gone. I had to search for many items that I have filed for years. I had to chat on 3 different issues, and the agents were "OK" but not really at the top of their game. They had to check with their superiors 2 of the 3 times and even then I got "gray" answers. I have been a TurboTax user for 20+ years. They are declining in their quality.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from mostly works - too many ads and up-sells This year I tried to convert from web-based to desktop-based. This things don't connect. That is, prior year's info cannot be downloaded from the web into the desktop version (and I assume vice-versa). This incompatibility is frustrating and disappointing - it's the same company! Plus that innumerable nags to up-sell and pay more, when the basic that I bought was not integrating properly was grating.
