Rated 2 out of 5 by from not helpful when Tax return got issues The TTax is convenient since all forms are available at hand. But when my tax return is rejected, it is impossible to get help either from TTax web site or any contact to its support team. I paid for audit defense and wonder if TTax would be any help with the company's black hole attitude. One should seriously consider a live Tax adviser.

But by the time you get to the end of everything now they have so many fees they charge you for ridiculous stuff. My return should have been $655. After all of turbo tax fees for stuff that doesn’t apply to me (ex: retirement. I’m 26🤣) then you have to upgrade because of the retirement. And then you have to pay to use the money out of your return. It’s a joke. Might as well not even file at this point to be honest.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is GREAT!! TurboTax uses a question-and-answer-based system to make filing your taxes super easy. All you do is answer each prompt as it pops up on the screen. And before you know it, your entire return is complete. If for any reason you have errors, it gives you the option to get live help in order to help you clear the error. The live help person I was connected t0o was patient, knowledgeable and took me step by step. They researched my issue and then messaged me how to resolve my error. It made me feel confident and really trust this service.
