I had sold some stock and being able to have an expert call me to walk me through it was the best thing ever! Being able to do my own taxes gives me a huge sense of accomplishment and I honestly don't think I would have been able to accomplish the task myself this year if it hadn't been for the Live Expert!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from i used to love it I have used turbotax for 4 years now and it made me purchase the deluxe package for a credit i qualified for. I qualified last year and did not have this same issue. I think thats crap.
