Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Premier inputs mostly intuitive, but... Input screens relatively straightforward. But Summaries of Income, Deductions, Credits are not consistent with the final return (ex- Only 85% of Soc Security Income is usually subject to tax; The tax return itself properly identifies only this 85%, but TurboTax includes all 100% of SS Income in its summaries and comparisons to prior years. Likewise, TurboTax Summary of Deductions has a line item for the $600 Charitable Deduction add on to the Std Deduction, but then is NOT added into the Summary total of these deductions. Illogical to place this Charitable Credit in a summary of deductions if it is not part of the total. Similar problem with the Foreign Tax Credit that is not isolated as a line item in the summary, but instead netted out of Taxes Owed. Far too hard to match up these TurboTax Summaries to the final 1040 tax forms themselves. Otherwise, a good product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still a Satisfied Customer I have been using Turbo Tax products/services for several years now (self-guided at first, but I have been using a Live Expert for the last 2 years). Turbo Tax makes filing super easy, and I really do believe that they get you the best refund. Even when questions seem the simplest, they have little notes every step of the way to assure you that you are on the right track when preparing your returns. The Live Experts are very nice and very knowledgeable. I love using Turbo Tax and will continue to do so for years to come.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy and fast! I hadn't filed taxes for years since I was on disability. When I started to work, I needed to file but was clueless. My tax preparer was great. Did the whole thing for me and got me a refurn!!
