Calls were made to TurboTax and nothing got done. I had to type in over 200 entries myself just so I didn't have to file an extension. I really believe I should get a refund from TurboTax. I purchased the correct software and it didn't perform!

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
