Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am awestruck with Turbo Tax Live experience I had a more complex tax return this year with a variety of income sources, retirement income, and deductions over two states. It was too much for me to tackle or attempt without the knowledge and guidance of an expert. My Turbo Tax Live expert, Harry, made the process fast, thorough, and painless. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer of Turbo Tax Live. Plus I feel the rate was very fair. I could only guess how many trips to the accountant and how many hours and dollars I would have had to spend if I did my taxes with a local CPA.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5th year with Turbo Tax There is a reason I am on my 5th year with Turbo Tax. Easy! The two years before this, I had horribly compliated returns. At least for me, they were complicated. Turbo Tax guided me through literally hours of accounting and uploading. I even got wonderful, live help... on screen and in person! Fortunately, 2021 was a breeze. However, I had problems getting my services payment receipt. I did a screen snip. That is small stuff compared to doing a tax return. And both of my 20 something kids use Turbo Tax also. They love it. We'll be back next year!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax does the JOB!! I have been using TurboTax for over twenty years, never had a problem. Never had to talk with live agent. My wife has her own business which we needed to file using Home and Business and it has done a great job for us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! This was so easy to use. When I was finished, I was in disbelief that we had done it correctly and spoke with one of the accountants. She was so helpful and made me feel safe and that we have done a good job. I would not use anything other than TurboTax.
