Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible I have used turbo tax for YEARS and was having an issue this year. Clicked the "live chat" and talked with someone who said I needed a "Tax Expert" and they were only a "Product Expert". They said they would transfer but disconnected. Started the process all over again stating this time I needed a Tax Expert and the SECOND person disconnected me again! Finally got through to a CPA who screen shared and was unable to figure out the issue. He had me collapse the dialog window to find something then neither of us could figure out how to open it back up and so HE DISCONNECTED ME AGAIN!!!!!!! All of this ridiculousness took me almost 2 hours and I got NOWHERE.
