At the end the program has me “review” information already entered and acknowledged and presented the various W-2 boxes as empty, so I filled them back in manually. This caused my income and tax burden to double! Several items became endless loops that I eventually discover I could escape with the back button. After all that I switched to a MacBook: same problem at the end but this time I ignored their prompts to “review” and “successfully submitted” my state and federal return. This morning, state return rejected: TurboTax email said to go fix it. Once signed back on at their website TurboTax stated it was a problem in their programming. Second submission sent... we’ll see.
